These Terms & Conditions govern your use of EditorsTable Video Editing Solutions (PVT) Ltd. and any video editing services you order through this website. By submitting a project or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
EditorsTable Video Editing Solutions (PVT) Ltd. provides professional video editing services, including but not limited to YouTube, talking head, script-based, real estate, wedding, and social media video editing. Services are ordered either through a fixed-price package or a custom quote, depending on the service.
2. Placing an Order
When you submit a project, you agree to provide accurate project details and any footage, files, or references needed for us to complete the work. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full — work does not begin before payment is confirmed.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely through PayHere. We do not store your card details. Prices shown at the time of ordering are the prices charged; any custom quote is valid for the details discussed and may change if project requirements change materially after a quote is sent.
4. Delivery & Revisions
Delivery timelines and the number of included revisions depend on the package selected and are shown before you order. Once your final files are delivered, you may request a revision or accept the delivery from your project page. Revisions beyond what’s included in your package may incur an additional charge, which we’ll always discuss with you first.
5. Your Content
You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, any footage, images, music, or other material you provide to us for editing. You’re responsible for ensuring your project doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights.
6. Ownership of Final Files
Once a project is paid in full and delivered, ownership of the final edited video transfers to you. We may, unless you tell us otherwise, showcase completed work in our portfolio.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are covered in our Refund Policy. You can request a cancellation at any time from your project’s Resolution Center.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care with every project, EditorsTable Video Editing Solutions (PVT) Ltd. isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, beyond the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
