We want you to be happy with your project. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work at EditorsTable.
Before Work Begins
If your order is still marked Pending Payment and you haven’t completed payment yet, you can cancel at any time from your project’s Resolution Center — no charge applies.
After Payment, Before Delivery
Once payment is received, work begins right away. If you need to cancel a project that’s already In Progress or In Revision, you can request this through your project’s Resolution Center. Depending on how much work has already been completed at the time of your request, we’ll offer either a full or partial refund — we’ll always confirm the amount with you before finalizing a cancellation.
Revisions
Every package includes a set number of revisions, shown before you order. If you’re not happy with the delivered files, use the Request a Change option on your project page rather than requesting a refund — this is usually the fastest way to get exactly what you need.
After You Accept Delivery
Once you click Accept on your delivered files, the project is marked Completed and the transaction is final. If something still isn’t right, please contact us — we’ll always try to make it right, even if a project has already been marked complete.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Open your project page, go to Resolution Center under Support, and submit your request with a short note. We aim to respond within one business day.
